The incident in question never aired — the entire season was shelved and its premiere date swapped with a different season, "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy," which aired instead. Caroline Manzo has sued Bravo over alleged sexual assault incidents. Manzo alleges in the lawsuit that Glanville sexually assaulted and harassed her on the third day of filming the show. Per the lawsuit, Glanville reportedly kissed Manzo without her consent while mounting her and "humping" her. Brandi Glanville also appeared in the second season of "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" which aired in 2022. Representatives for Manzo, Glanville, and Bravo did not respond to requests for comment from Business Insider, which were sent outside of regular working hours.
